Went to work, walked two miles, came home, watched dexter, now I am laying in bed with a face mask on and drinking lemon water.
I haven’t worked out in four days and I am weirdly missing it. So tomorrow either on my lunch or after work, I’m going to go on a long walk/run.
i have been eating a lot better this year than last year but i need to STEP IT UP and i am going to start tomorrow!
i have also been encouraging my coworkers to start walking with me at least once a week which is nice because walking is a lot faster/more fun when you have someone to do it with!

did some cardio with my cousin tonight, we are going to go to the gym again tomorrow! so stoked to finally be working out again!
i finally feel better, after two weeks!
went to work, got off, went grocery shopping at trader joe’s, then met up with my cousin to work out. we promised to work out with one another every monday and every wednesday, in addition to the saturday and sunday i will be going to the gym. that is my weekly goal - work out four out of seven days a week and i am really excited to get it started.

i was really excited about getting back into my gym routine but of course, i caught a cold AGAIN, i am so tired of my shitty immune system, i wish i knew what was going on or what to do to avoid getting sick so often, besides the obvious. ergh. frustrated!!
